WiFi not working with PCIe SSD installed

I have a rockpro64, if I do not have the PCIe card installed the wifi works, but if PCIe is installed I can see the SSD on the PCIe card but the standard WiFi module is not available.
Must be some sort of conflict during the boot process. Have tried several lINUX versions mrfixit, twisted OS, latest Debian all do the same.
Also noted that with latest Twisted OS standard USB not working only USB c
