Scaling Telegram to below 100%

So I changed the scaling of Telegram through the settings from the default 90% and now I can't go back to 90% from 100%.

Does anyone know how I might get back to the original 90% it came preinstalled as?

Would also like to know if theres a way to do this for other apps as well.

Restore /usr/share/applications/telegramdesktop.desktop
