Pogo pins power clarification - reading schematics

Hi @GregH, I'll start with the wiki, since it's the most important first step.
Can't argue with that! We have enough info to offer to the community that we shouldn't wait any longer.
I made some incremental updates to the pogo pins section; here's the full diff.

I tried to capture most of what we've collectively learned + agreed on in this thread; at the same time, tried not to claim things that we're usure about. Should be a good start. @scholbert, @dsimic, @GregH: please point out anything false or missing!
