Phone won't turn on?

I still prefer to test the operating systems from the sd cards.

So far from the reports that have trickled in on the new Manjaro Edition phones, 
       it looks like many of them are not booting from the eMMC..?

I did read somewhere on the forum that there were a few minor hardware revisions to the Manjaro Edition phone,
      but they did not elaborate on what the changes were.?

My Manjaro phone is scheduled for delivery tomorrow, Monday, November 2.....

Did you get your phone?  Mine was delivered, but I have a mail drop off place, so I will not see it for another week.

Yes it came today, The factory image barely started and crashed constantly.

The Phosh/Manjaro Beta 1 image is not great, but it is much better. I will be trying a few other operating systems also.

Just got the phone today. I removed the plastic tab between the batter and the pins.  I hit the power button, I see the red led come on for a few seconds and then nothing.  I left it plugged in for a few hours and attempted it again and nothing.  Anything else I can try?

Have the same exact issue. Hoping the fix of loading OS works. Very disappointing just on the fact I was hoping to have an operational unit out of the box. Oh well. Guess these are the struggles of trying to get away from the Google-Apple machine.
