>“manjaro” directory has a sub directory named “x86_64”
>“initramfs-86_64.img”,
>“bootx64.efi”.
Err, this is an image for x86, intel and AMD,, NOT arm
Such a thing would never boot, never
You are looking for aarch64 OR arm64 OR armhf (arm hard float, 32bit)
Do try to boot emmc again, when you come to login screen (where you can't login because messed up)
Then press and hold control-alt,,tap F3.. login there,, then startplasma-x11
Then change display manager, remove sddm, install lightdm
The reason that it always goes to emmc, the SD card is NOT bootable, not in a million years
(well, it would boot on a x86 laptop, the pbp is not one of those, it is an arm laptop, you knew that, right?)
So, the ONLY bootable media is on the emmc, so it's doing EXACTLY what it should

Notice "arm" in the name,, OR
https://builds.armdevelopers.com/pineboo...eases/dev/ (this is fedora),, OR
