Neutron Time or Atomic?

No matter what I try with numerous different UBPorts builds time displayed isn't local.
Changing the GUI system time and date setting manually & saving has no effect.
Reboot/restart never sets corrected time.
Phone ONLY displays UTC - Greenwich time.

Attempted to change in terminal also >> No-Go

Just discovered the @tahayassen post

Configure timezone via `sudo dpkg-reconfigure tzdata`

Works
