got mine delivered to India.

Hey Anuj,

Mind sharing the breakdown of the amount paid?
I am also from India and looking to buy, but $112 in import duties is too much. Sad

From what I have found on the internet, the custom duty + DHL charges in India should be around Rs 3678 ($ 52) using following breakdown:

CIF = Cost (199 $) + insurance + freight (39 $) = 238 $ * 71.38 = Rs 16988
Landing Charges = 1% of CIF  = Rs 170
Total = 16988 + 170 = Rs 17158
Basic Customs Duty on Laptops = 0% of (CIF+LC)
IGST - 18% of (0+17158) = ₹3088
DHL Disimbursement fee = Rs 500
DHL IGST = Rs 90

Total = Rs 3678 ($ 52)

France here :

Just paid 62.50€ = $68.9075
> Tax 45€ = $49.6134
> Dhl 17.50€ = $19.2963

Tax rate here is 20%, hence I paid on 225€ = $248.075
Yet I paid $213.97 for PBP + adapters, $252.97 including DHL shipment

Go figure what I really paid taxes for...

Paid £49.96 to DHL for import duty/ tax in UK.
Original Pinebook Pro order came to be £215.33 ( $250.97) total - $211.97 (PBP + USB eMMC adapter + NVMe adapter) + $39.00 for postage and packaging.

Waiting for collection tomorrow or maybe this evening (depends when they will drop it off at the locker).

I got mine delivered to my workplace in Germany (a bank) and didn't have to pay any taxes.
I'm very happy about this as was expecting 50euro.
I believe it was missed as I put the bank's title in the address.

No import theft for me, in USA.

Hi

I got mine yesterday. I'm located in Austria. Had to pay 15 Euros handling fee (not sure who charged that, customs or DHL),
plus 43 Euros European VAT. No import tax.

For me bit over 65 euros, VAT (or import tax) and DHL handling. In the Netherlands.

Yes, I paid $59 in taxes, and another $24 to Peru's Fedex subsidiary for "storage fees" while in customs.
