How to input audio streaming?

I would like to broadcast the television audio signal. 
Then, is it possible to use an external audio signal in Rock64? 
Also, is it possible that this audio streaming is available for a program running on Rock64?

From hardware point of view, it is possible due to there is I2S input on P5x bus. However, there is no software driver yet available,
