Is there a way to manually install, but get that HDMI display support that these images have?

Thanks!

you should get that out-of-the-box with the manual arch install. the a64 has mainline kernel support, so you shouldn't have to do anything extra to utilize the hdmi output.

On the arch website (instructions for pine a64+), it says that HDMI "is not supported by the main kernel yet", and the packages downloaded to make the image are not updated from 2018, and when booting, hdmi indeed dosen't work.

Any way to make it working?

Oh, my bad, I missed that in the notes.

It's older, but you could try longsleep's kernel or one of their arch imgs https://www.stdin.xyz/downloads/people/l...linux/OLD/

they should have patches/drivers to get hdmi working
