Im creating an OnScreen Gamepad for linux for touch devices like pinephone or linux tablets:

Can you include gyro and inertia 'joysticks' for devices which have them?
We had this on the N900 and it made playing games with the gyro stick easy to do as the HID was a separate app, it should really be included as a system app in the mobile GUIs for phosh and plasma.
Gamepad with gyro/inertia and Bluetooth tethering to phone's mobile data are what I feel like we are missing right now beyond the obviously needed battery life optimizations.
In the future could you make this an app launcher so non-windowed apps can run too? Alternatively at least have the gyro joy device able to be running when the app runs in the background.
A gamepad output mode via BT or cable to use the phone as a gamepad for a comuter is also quite nice.
I think these were all on the Mobian OS wishlist.
When you release it flatpak would be great so most distros can use it directly in addition to making specific debs rpms etc.
