A BSP uboot works better than tow-boot (maybe twice as good)
The kernel must be late5.7 or 5.8 or hexdumps's 5.9
mem as only setting in sleep.conf (SuspendState)
power button set to logout dialog

Check out the datasheet.  You can find a link to it in the wiki.  Unfortunately I'm not in a good situation for providing links, and I can't open the schematic at the moment.  But it looks like pin 13 on the charge controller, controls what voltage level it charges to.  It probably wont be difficult to modify that.

I'm not sure that you want to do this, anyway though.  That extra 20% of battery is very useful.  (But then I suppose it depends on your use case.)
