Simply reflash the device. Check your invoice first if it is a regular PinePhone, or a PinePhone Pro. The PinePhone Pro is above 400 USD.

Please give some more info to help the expert guys here to figure out what the problem is.

E.g. is it a newly purchased phone, did you try to flash a distro or whatever.

Also, make sure that it is the Pinephone Pro and not the Pinephone as fxc suggested.
