Unlikely, as far as I'm aware most of the compute module stuff PINE64 has is for business customers whose requirement is to run Android on them. Someone correct me if I'm wrong there.

Not correct, the business application on PINE64 compute module still mostly Linux based.

TH1520 doesn't have PCI-e bus, not suitable as CM4 module.
