What can be done to buy? Can I pay by card directly or through another payment system?
Everything worked fine 7-10 days ago.

my guess is that those sanctions have put some serious limitations. although, probably should not be case for paypal. visa and mastercard have already ceased operations in russia which tells a direct hint.
