Is there a good simulator for SW development to co-exist with the HW interfaces?

Just checking.  Is there a usable simulator that we can use to start working on the user-level software side of things?  So a hacked-up qemu + graphics or something like that.  I doubt I'll be much use on the reverse engineering side of HW things.

I've wondered the same thing, but from what I can tell, there isn't a specific qemu setup for the Rockchip 3566, as what's installed in the PineNote.  The closest there is, the 3568 might work?  It's hard to test it as we haven't received the hardware yet. Once the development units are in the hands of developers, I feel this will be rectified quickly.
