Yet another Epic Pine Store fail

I don't think it qualifies as "epic fail" when some hobbyist project doesn't know the tax code of every nation on earth. In all of Europe, VAT is added to the sum of product price & cost of shipping. Relax please. Or buy an iPhone from some local store.

But they work exclusively with DHL which does know...oops. It's also a running business where they pay development teams to do the design work , not a "hobby"
