PBP Displayed Clock-Calendar Drops Hour Setting On Reboot.

Reading hardware clock from RK808 should work on the Debian images with BSP kernel, on the Manjaro image with mainline, hwclock currently can't read the time from the RK808, there is a bug somewhere...
