Pine as a Pi-hole ... Does that make it a PineHole?

Hey all, 

I'm trying to set this up on my pine running longsleep's 16.04 image. It never jumps to the installer.

I installed PHP7 per the instructions above but it didn't seem to do anything. Any ideas?
