PBX is a good call.
I need some cheap network repeaters or whatever you want to call them. Several boxes connected via Cat5/6 that would allow wifi devices to connect to them like my wireless router. I was on the verge of buying some cheapo wireless routers and just setting them all to the same SID. I think Pine64 would be great for this (no idea what to install on it to accomplish though), and PoE would be perfect for this type of application as I could mount them in ceilings without needing to worry about getting power to them.
