Use TL-PoE10R or the like. You just need different cables between PoE splitter and device since the Pine guys chose unfortunately micro USB for DC-IN (otherwise this is good news since the device can never exceed 2A current since micro USB is rated 1.8A max and since most USB cables are crappy you'll run in undervoltage/undercurrent situations even earlier and the AXP803 will do a hard power-off)
