My sound went away with calls... Not sure what happened. How can i fix it?

1) pressing the 'volume up' button a couple of times (during the call)
2) fixing the sound output in the settings, it may be stuck to 'internal speaker' or somesuch (not possible during call)
3) plugging-in headphones in the headphone jack - and unplugging it again! (during the call)
