4G VoLTE calls confirmed working with carrier x

VoLTE working on Walmart Family Mobile in US with GSM (T-Mobile) SIM, this is on Mobian, did not test others.

Based on fact that 4G stays showing during calls, I did not do any of command line stuff above.
