I have updated the build, this looks to be the best build i've done

The resetting of the onboard ehternet works properly now (I just copied the ethernet node from the radxa dts to the rock64 dts) and the USB 3.0 port appears to be working well with ethernet nics (at least with the rtl8153, the rtl8156 still may not be 100%)
