My questions:

• What do I do if I don't get my product for a long time?
  
• Will I notified for changes like the next delivery to Germany or if it takes a lot of time to deliver it?
  
• When will be the next delivery to Cologne, Germany for the PinePhone?
  
• What happens if something goes wrong, e.g. the wrong place for the packet
  
• What do I have to do if the parcel is broken?
