Questions about delivery to Germany - fossdd - 01-08-2021
Hey, I've been following the PinePhone, PineBook and some accessories for a while now.
My questions:
- What do I do if I don't get my product for a long time?
- Will I notified for changes like the next delivery to Germany or if it takes a lot of time to deliver it?
- When will be the next delivery to Cologne, Germany for the PinePhone?
- What happens if something goes wrong, e.g. the wrong place for the packet
- What do I have to do if the parcel is broken?

Mine comes with DHL and I could track all the way the phone was on!
Stay tuned for paying the import tax for it! My office has an account on DHL-tax office. So it was no problem to get the phone via DHL and pay the tax afterwards.
On my PBP the webcam does not work. I filed an issue on the pine website. They send out a new display. I mounted it in my office and send the defective back to China.
Al needs time but works without any hassle
