@Luke - Can you please help with this support ticket - 7722? It is regarding a hardware failure (WIFI/Bluetooth Module) on UBPorts edition of the phone. The WIFI/Bluetooth module has stopped after just 3 months of usage. Am i eligible for RMA? I didn't get proper response from pine64 support team.
It is pretty bad for a hardware component to fail so soon, even if it is a beta device.

I had even considered buying a new version of the phone, but such failure can put a doubt on the reliability of the hardware components used in the phone and my valuable time spent seems to be wasted.
Please consider replacing the board as I'm pretty excited by this idea of open hardware and running linux on phones. Expecting a reply soon. Thank you
