Pine64 hasn't produced their own operating system (beyond a rudimentary one for testing the early edition phones), and as far as I can tell they have no intention on creating one. the community edition phones are an homage to the communities who have been actively developing the broad-based existing operating systems specifically for the Pinephone.

as far as a "stable version" there are builds that are very close to being considered a daily driver, and their progress is available on the software page: https://wiki.pine64.org/index.php/PinePh...re_Release
