Maybe your system overheated? What is the temperature sensors at the time of the memory errors?

Can you try to figure out if that are always the same memory addresses? If so, you can try to exclude them with CONFIG_PHYSICAL_START - see https://www.kernel.org/doc/Documentation.../kdump.txt [Update: Stackexchange has a smarter approach https://unix.stackexchange.com/questions...bad-memory]
