IF you try to remove the battery from the top end I suspect it will bind up tight.

Perhaps they should give better advance instructions on the correct method to remove the battery.
( a sticker that says "LIFT HERE" would be fairly inexpensive )

Especially since the battery is to be removed so often changing the SD cards.
