replacement batterie doesn't fit

Because the batterie auf my PP was 'grown' after one week using I have contacted the support. After a long conversion / discussion I have bought a new one from Amazon as the support ream has told me:

But the J7 batterie is more than 1mm bigger as the original one. Now I'm still can't use my PinePhone.

What a bad support !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Never again !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My original Samsung battery is 0.8mm bigger, but still fits easily into the phone.
You should of course cut off the two tabs in the lower corners.
