I have a dead Motorola phone here that's open. The speaker is a little metal bar not much over an inch long and about 1/8 inch wide. On the inside there's not much that I can find at all. I'm guessing that the metal bar on the outside replaces the speaker cone and mounts via the voice coil to a fixed surface which mounts to the phone body. I can hear ring tones 2 rooms away, in particular someone has the guitar riffs from "House of the Rising Sun" and it's almost loud enough to interrupt a conversation. Sounds decent too for something tiny. Being on the outside is probably important. The Amazon ad, no, that looks more like a tiny regular speaker.
I think the speaker that gets used during a phone conversation is different and more conventional. So I tried searching for cell phone ringer on Aliexpress and some of these look close. https://www.aliexpress.com/wholesale?cat...one+ringer A teardown might include it, I'm probably using the wrong word. Somebody on XDA should know https://www.xda-developers.com/
I didn't know they were speakers at first https://imgur.com/a/6VVY7yG
