@JaceAlvejetti, I really doubt you can get 3 external displays using the USB-C alternate mode Display Port. I think the max is 2. If a third works, it's likely a mirror of one of the other external displays. There simply is not enough bandwidth, if I understand correctly.
That said, it's possible you can get a 3rd external display working with a standard USB to video adapter, (aka non-USB-C alternate mode Display Port). I knew someone at work that did something similar with 2 x USB video adpaters. And 2 displays driven from his x64 laptop, plus the built in LCD. For a grand total of 5 displays.
If you want the highest resolution / refresh rate, with dual video, then you have to drop any external USB 3 speed devices in the dock. Basically when USB 3 is wanted on a dock, it drops the Display port lanes from 4 to 2. But, if you don't mind USB 2 speeds, (480Mbps), then you can use a USB C alternate mode Display Port dock that supports 4 lanes. I've even seen some that have a switch.
Last, even if you get 2 external displays working independantly, that's alot of video for our poor RK3399 SoC's graphic controller. This is not a high end, (and not expensive), laptop. So any graphic work will likely be slower than you would prefer.
