I have found that it seems that arc has been open sourced: https://chromium.googlesource.com/chromi...master/arc
The question however is, how do we start this development? I think it is helpful if we can for now just compile the code from @ayufan build, and if we know how we can integrate the official Rockchip kernel (which has complete support for all the features) with CrOS 77 and thus also with CrOS79/80. Once we can do that, it might be possible to have a go at this.
