@undo yea, the thing is - I honestly don't know where the different project devs want issues reported. Perhaps listing the 'common' gitlab is both a safe and reasonable option. I'll include that.
@Dmytro haha, yes, problem is that not everyone is a native speaker and can understand the lighthearted allusion
That said I too think that the letter should have an encouraging nad lighthearted tone overall
