I'm using the Ubuntu Bionic image provided by the Pine64 Installer: https://wiki.pine64.org/index.php/ROCK64...5B0.7.8.5D
Minecraft servers are pretty basic .jar executable so I don't think it's anything I've done wrong on that end. Feels like I'm just not somehow delegating the resources to it that I want, through the SSH session, or maybe it's the OS that's not optimized for it?
My initial suggestion would be to try a (much) newer image. I suggest either getting the newest pre-release from ayufan or mrfixit's debian.
