Good card, glad to know that read speed can achieve 22.3MB/sec.
Should this micro sd read at least twice of the speed, shouldn't it?!

You can't exceed ~22MB/s sequential read/write speed on Pine64. But that doesn't matter that much since random I/O is way more important therefore you should choose a card that shines here. For some insights please read through this thread.
