The issues are gone using a proper power supply.
The use of the official psu(12v/5A) with the official sata2-interface-card gave me the errors, mentioned above.
Upgrading to a 12V/7.5A psu (Leicke NT33402) resolved those issues.

I even tried another sata card and the "delock 88SE9230" works like a charm using the tips, mentioned in the following thread : https://forum.pine64.org/showthread.php?tid=6459 .
