Hi,
Hope i can help.

Developer mode activation is from "About tablet" in settings.
Click about 8 times on "build" and developer mode will show up.

Extract the zip and open CMD from it or navigate to the folder.
Connect with USB C cable.
After remount just copy paste the commands without the ./

no SDK's needed for it.
