Ethernet Slow Download

I use iperf3 to test my two Pine boards against a box running Windows, I get about 900MBit/s upstream and 700MBit/s downstream... I am running either Ubuntu and Debian images with longsleep's latest kernel (make sure you update u-boot and the kernel....)
