I ve seen that I have tested previously the Ri mini 4 over Bluetooth with my Pinephone with postmarketOS:

And it worked for a short test. But I do not trust this result until someone has tested this in detail. After looking for a mobile device such as a single computer or a smartphone such as the Pinephone for a longer period of time which has a good keybarod, the Ri mini 4 seems one of the best. It is not much bigger than the Pinehone, it is well built, I use it now for my Android phone. It has backlight, a touchpad, a scrolling weel.
Bluetooth keyboards do sometimes not work if the drivers are not available. In this case, the Ri mini 4 offers a 2,4 Ghz usb dongle as an alternative which does not require a driver. It has been chosen by people who had difficulties in finding a keyboard for single board computers such as the Orange Pi 5.
I also miss the Pinephone keyboard, and would welcome it, if it would come back. But the Ri mini 4 is the most interesting alternative to it I know, from which i think it is worth testing it with the Pinephone more in detail. It has been developed over a longer period of time. And it offers also several different layouts for different languages.
