But back to the point: when using rewrite32 to flash an OS to the Pinephone, is it as simple as just flashing the jumpdrive to the SSD, then plugging the phone up to my PC and then selecting (from the rewrite32) dropdown menu the phone?

If this is not the case, how does one flash using rewrite or win32? Having a hard time finding yt videos for options using anything other than Balenaetcher.
