Cannot make calls

Sim card network is registered i cannot make calls modem is enabled

As above check you are updated. Also, during boot is the modem found (especially at about 45 seconds)?

And registering - what is output from Modem, Modem Info menu option? You should see IMEI, Operator details etc?
