That's not really true. Those speeds are for sequential access, the Pine64 will top out at 23MB/s.
You want fast 4kb random access. Some class 10 cards will do considerable less than others and it's very noticeable.
Quite so. I have several class 6 cards with much better random i/o speeds than any class 10's I've got.
