Pine64 is slow... is it because I have Remix OS 8gb on 64g SD?

That's not really true. Those speeds are for sequential access, the Pine64 will top out at 23MB/s.

You want fast 4kb random access. Some class 10 cards will do considerable less than others and it's very noticeable.
