Chatty does not require mmsd-tng. Do you have it installed? You need mmsd-tng to make MMS work.

And I do have mmsd-tng installed.
I don't understand what the issue is. Maybe it does have something to do with using T-mobile through Tracfone? I don't see how it would though.
