Posters in the Armbian forum write that 2.3 Ghz usb dongle work with the Orange Pi 5:

The Orange Pi 5 is tricky with Bluetooth peripherals as the Pinephone. Did you manage to get a 2.3 Ghz usb dongle keyboard tow workd with the Pinephone?
