 How to connect a pine64-LTS to a serial console?

The instructions to connect to a serial console are not on the Pine64 LTS Wiki, but they're on the linux-sunxi wiki for the device: https://linux-sunxi.org/Pine64-LTS#Serial_port_.2F_UART
