A64 SoC support does not mean you can just run it on Pine64. As of now, Kernel 4.6 does not help you with the Pine64 board. Get involved with the linux-sunxi community and help with mainlining and forget about "working to get a debian package" for now. See http://linux-sunxi.org/Linux_mainlining_effort for state of things.
