Sadly, I was not careful when taking the top layer of the factory screen protector off of my phone. I had already put in an order for a soft case and a pine book dock to try with my main laptop. As much as I would like to order a glass protector from pine, the shipping is a bit much for just the protector. If us power supply’s were in stock I would just order both. So what I am wondering is has any one here tried a proctor for another phone and how well did it work.
Please sift through the wiki. Other users have reported that the protector for an "iPhone 11 Pro Max / Xs Max" fits. I seem to recall seeing this in the wiki but I cannot find it at the moment.

I have found that the Mototorola Moto Z Play also fits very well.
Screen protectors for the iPhone 11 Pro Max / Xs Max do indeed fit - I just attached one to the display.
They are pretty much the same size as the the protector the Pinephone ships with.
Plus: The phone looks much better now with its matte screen.

You should be able to get one of these for <$10... at least that was the case for me in Australia.
Just bought a JCPal Preserver Glass iPhone 11 Pro Max/ Xs Max for $30Can. It fits nicely, and a big relief to know the screen is safer now.
Nice and clear view, responsive touchscreen, cleans more easily than the original.
