Again, that is for rock64,,, that is NOT a pinebookpro, that is what you have, right?
For that matter, rock64 is a different cpu, rk3328, rockpro64 has same cpu(as pbp) rk3399 rock64 will NOT work on a pbp On this forum , rock64 is 6 sections down, rockpro is at bottom Went to wiki I see if you click heading that it takes you to a list of images, pinebookpro is in that list I assume that is the image you got

It's either link that page or direct-link the image, I assume. Does the Ubuntu Mate image work for 20.04? I went with the Bionic Mate image when I got my PBP because I prefer Mate but in the last few days I'm getting some messages that an upgrade to 20.04 LTS is available on my PBP itself. Doesn't do anything when I try to start the upgrade, but I hadn't seen that before.

Ubuntu Mate is the default and works well too.

The images work fine on SD cards but am having trouble with making the emmc boot with Ubuntu. I have another conversation going if you want to attempt it as well. https://forum.pine64.org/showthread.php?...6#pid80326

Does it work for you? How did you get it working? I did notice pulseaudio was installed but didn't see it in sound settings.

Yes, it works. I just had KDE installed and upgraded to 20.10. It is funny, cause I cannot get sound working on my x86 PC.

I think by opening the case, I may have pulled to hard on the speaker wires as the speakers are taped onto the cover plate. I will have to check the connection. I think that may be my issue.

Can you just check if you have some real audio device present? If you have something different from null output, it may be your case, some hardware issue.
